Your satisfaction is key to Zahabu but refunds will not be possible.

Exchanges will not be possible unless your item is faulty (with evidence) as all sales final.
Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders.
Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.

Zahabu does not accept jewellery back for refunds.This is due to sanitary reasons.
